Return & Refund
We attach great importance to your shopping experience of our handcrafted cyanotype botanical artworks, and the Return & Refund rules are formulated as follows:
- Eligibility for Return: You can apply for a return within 7 calendar days after you receive the product, on the premise that the artwork is in original undamaged condition, without man-made scratches, stains or damage, and the original packaging is complete. Customized products that are made according to your personal requirements are not eligible for non-quality related returns.
- Damaged or Wrong Items: If you receive a product that is damaged during transportation, or the product you received does not match your order, please take clear photos of the package and the product, and contact us at ningxin688@sina.com within 3 calendar days after delivery. We will verify the situation and arrange a free replacement or full refund for you.
- Return Process: Before you return the product, please contact our customer service team to get the return address and return authorization. You need to send the returned item through a traceable logistics method. For returns caused by our responsibility (product quality problem, wrong delivery), we will bear the reasonable return shipping fee; for non-quality related returns, the customer needs to bear the return shipping fee by themselves.
- Refund Processing: After we receive and inspect the returned product to confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days, and the refund will be returned to your original payment account via Paypal. The arrival time of the refund may vary slightly depending on the processing rules of your payment institution.
- Exceptions: We do not accept returns for products that are intentionally damaged, modified by the customer, or returned beyond the specified return period. If you have any special situation, you can contact our customer service team for negotiation.
